fix(web): refresh the PWA screenshots and ship them to Vercel
The unanchored screenshots pattern in .vercelignore also matched apps/web/public/screenshots, so the manifest's screenshots 404ed on Vercel. Anchor it to the root and replace the screenshots with the redesigned app.
