Yarn 4.17 defaults `npmMinimalAgeGate` to `1d`, so any npm version published less than 24h ago is quarantined at the resolution step and `yarn` exits with YN0016. Renovate had no age filter, so it regularly proposed versions younger than the gate, breaking both the lockfile update and CI for the whole grouped PR.
